What we collect
At registration we collect your name, date of birth, contact details and the currency and country you select. To process payments we record transaction details, the payment method used and its associated reference numbers. For verification we collect identity and address documents when you request a withdrawal or when a check is triggered.
Technically, we log device type, browser, IP address, approximate location and in-session activity such as pages viewed, games launched and bets placed. This is how fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring and basic site performance work.
Why we use it
Your data serves four purposes: operating your account and processing bets and payments; meeting legal obligations around age verification, anti-money-laundering and record keeping; protecting the platform against fraud, bonus abuse and account takeover; and improving the product based on how features are actually used.
With your consent we also use contact details for marketing — promotional emails and in-app messages about offers relevant to the games and sports you play. Consent is separate from your account and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your ability to play.
Who we share it with
We share data only where it is necessary. Payment providers receive the details required to move funds. Identity verification partners receive documents to confirm who you are. Game studios receive session data needed to run their titles. Regulators, auditors and law enforcement receive information where a legal obligation applies.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Partners that process data on our behalf are bound by contract to use it only for the agreed purpose and to protect it to the standards we require.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled systems. Verification documents are held separately from general account data, and internal access is limited to staff whose role requires it. No system is perfect, which is why we also recommend a unique password for your AW33 account and biometric unlock on the mobile app.
We retain account and transaction records for the period required by financial and gaming regulations after an account closes, then delete or anonymise them. Records relating to self-exclusion are kept for longer, because their entire purpose is to prevent a closed account from being reopened casually.
Your rights and cookies
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask for corrections to inaccurate details, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion where no legal retention duty applies. Contact support from your registered email address and we will respond within a reasonable period after confirming your identity.
Our site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences such as odds format, measure traffic and — if you allow it — support marketing measurement. Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking login. Analytics and marketing cookies can be managed from the consent banner or your browser settings. The AW33 service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we delete any data discovered to belong to a minor.
